Change by Design was founded by Dave Taylor — a return to a name he first put on a consultancy in 2014.
That earlier firm did business transformation the traditional way: strategy, operations, vendor delivery.
The current company, launched in 2023, was built for one job — helping businesses put AI to practical, measurable use.
Behind it is 25+ years of commercial and operational work across healthcare, medical devices, and software in Ireland and North America.
Dave's client work has ranged from owner-operated businesses to Danaher and Henry Schein.
